    UMF Tirgu Mures will evaluate your English level through an Skype interview. Each applicant will sustain a short Skype interview, which will be scheduled and announced in time. The purpose is the evaluation of the compatibility with the medical profession and the English Proficiency.
    
    You can find in the Download section a list with the possible, but not mandatory questions that you may be asked (Appendix 4).

    In order for applicants to demonstrate their language proficiency, the application files must include supporting documents. Please include one out of the following three documents:

    BUCUREȘTI (Medical College) ENGLISH REQUIREMENTS
    All candidates, with no exception, shall take the English test.
    
    The written exam will comprise grammar and vocabulary exercises, as well as writing an essay on a general topic, testing the candidates’ ability to read, write and understand academic English.

    Applicants who are eligible to apply to these programmes can be citizens from Romania, or belonging to the European Union, to the European Economic Area (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein), to the Swiss Confederation and also other countries. The minimum application requirements are:

    Citizens of the EU, the EEA, the Swiss Confederation or third countries are eligible for application by evaluation of the documents attesting school performance and personal achievements.
    
    A high school diploma from an accredited high school in the applicant’s country of origin is the minimum application requirement. This diploma must be recognized by the Ministry of National Education in Romania.

    Eligibility to enroll in the admission competition for self-funded places (foreign currency), consisting in the evaluation of the candidates’ academic and personal achievements, is as follows:

    Eligible candidates:

    ➜ High-school or university graduates from institutions acknowledged in the countries of origin and whose diplomas are recognized by the Romanian Ministry of Education and Scientific Research.
    
    BUCUREȘTI (Medical College) ELIGIBILITY
    Romanian citizens, citizens from the E.U. countries, the European Economic Area (E.E.A) and the Swiss Confederation and foreign citizens from non-E.U, countries can apply for enrollment for studies for a Bachelor’s degree.
    
    The minimum condition for application is the graduation of an accredited high school in the country of origin, the diploma awarded allowing access to academic studies in the respective country and being recognized by the Ministry of National Education (MNE) in Romania.

    Can get into the national education system, those citizens from member states of European Union, from the European Economic Area and Swiss Confederation, as well as citizens from Non EU states, who:

    The tuition fee for the 2018-2019 academic year is: 5 000 EUR. The deposit is 1 250 EUR and will be deducted from your first year tuition fee. In case of acceptance (conditional admission), the first instalment will be paid until May 21st for early admission.

    The tuition fee per year of study for newly enrolled applicants admitted in the academic year 2019-2020 based on the evaluation of their application file is of EUR 6000 for the study programs in Medicine, Dental Medicine and Pharmacy.     The tuition fee per year of study for newly enrolled applicants admitted in the academic year 2019-2020 based on the evaluation of their application file is of EUR 5000 for the study programs in Medicine (English and French) and EUR 6000 for Dental Medicine (English).
    
    Tuition fees are established in euro. The amount of the tuition fees does not change during the academic year. The amount of the tuition fees remains the same during the entire study period, except for the cases where the respective period has been exceeded.

    The tuition fees have been settled according to the Senate Decision HS 129/14.09.2009.
    
    Fulltime undergraduate and postgraduate studies: Medicine, 500 euro/month
    
    The tuition fees shall be paid for the entire academic year including training periods as stipulated in the curricula. The tuition fees shall be paid in advance for a period of 9 months (Ordinance no. 22/2009).

    UMF Tirgu Mures will evaluate your English level through an Skype interview. Each applicant will sustain a short Skype interview, which will be scheduled and announced in time. The purpose is the evaluation of the compatibility with the medical profession and the English Proficiency.

    The written exam will comprise grammar and vocabulary exercises, as well as writing an essay on a general topic, testing the candidates’ ability to read, write and understand academic English.

    Romanian citizens, citizens from the E.U. countries, the European Economic Area (E.E.A) and the Swiss Confederation and foreign citizens from non-E.U, countries can apply for enrollment for studies for a Bachelor’s degree.
    
    The minimum condition for application is the graduation of an accredited high school in the country of origin, the diploma awarded allowing access to academic studies in the respective country and being recognized by the Ministry of National Education (MNE) in Romania.

    The tuition fee for the 2018-2019 academic year is: 5 000 EUR. The deposit is 1 250 EUR and will be deducted from your first year tuition fee. In case of acceptance (conditional admission), the first instalment will be paid until May 21st for early admission.
    
    CLUJ NAPOCA (Medical College) TUITION FEE
    
    The tuition fee per year of study for newly enrolled applicants admitted in the academic year 2019-2020 based on the evaluation of their application file is of EUR 6000 for the study programs in Medicine, Dental Medicine and Pharmacy. The tuition fee is of EUR 3500 for the study programs in Nursing, Physio-Kinesiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Radiology and Medical Imaging (Technician), Dentistry (Dental Technician), Nutrition and Dietetics.     TIMIȘOARA (Medical College) TUITION FEE
    The tuition fee per year of study for newly enrolled applicants admitted in the academic year 2019-2020 based on the evaluation of their application file is of EUR 5000 for the study programs in Medicine (English and French) and EUR 6000 for Dental Medicine (English).
    
    Tuition fees are established in euro. The amount of the tuition fees does not change during the academic year. The amount of the tuition fees remains the same during the entire study period, except for the cases where the respective period has been exceeded.
    
    ORADEA (Medical College) TUITION FEE
    The tuition fees have been settled according to the Senate Decision HS 129/14.09.2009.
    
    Fulltime undergraduate and postgraduate studies: Medicine, 500 euro/month
    
    The tuition fees shall be paid for the entire academic year including training periods as stipulated in the curricula. The tuition fees shall be paid in advance for a period of 9 months (Ordinance no. 22/2009).

Swedish citizens have to provide a certificate from the Swedish Council for Higher Education, stating that the applicant meets the general requirements to apply to Swedish universities.
    
    CLUJ NAPOCA (Medical College) EU APPLICANTS
    Beside the list of documents required for the submission on file, applicants from EU must comply with the following requests: ➜ The study documents of citizens of Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Cyprus must be authenticated with the Hague Apostille. ➜ The authentication of study documents with the Hague Apostille shall be done as follows: The ORIGINAL document is apostilled (high school diploma, baccalaureate transcript) 1 legalized copy of the original document with the apostille.

    Why should I choose the Educational Consultancy?

    What is AFM (Admission File Management)?
    Refers to the fact that when you choose the delivery option of documents straight towards the university (whether is by shipping to UMF or by us presenting all the documents personally to UMF), we will carefully prepare the whole file according to the universities requirements. We will make sure that nothing is missing and all the files are complete and in the exact number of copies that is required.
