Post graduation services by our company are designed to meet the needs of newly-graduated doctors of foreign origin who return to their native countries to practice Medicine. For this is required a number of procedural interventions on the Bachelor Degree and Diploma supplement. Depending on the country you want to practice, the newly-graduated doctor will need the following documents:

- After graduation exam and license, you are free to head back home or on vacation because we will handle your case. We are going to represent you and obtain in your name Diplomas, Certificates together with all personal documents at UMF Tîrgu Mureș.
- We will submit an application to DSP – Public Health in order to obtain the Certificate of Conformity.
- We will submit the necessary documentation to the Ministry of Health for issuing the Certificate of Conformity.
- Subsequent we obtain the Certificate of Good Standing from College of Physicians from Romania.
- We aim to CNRED – National Center for Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas the Diploma and Diploma Supplement needed for Hague Apostille.
- We obtain the Hague Apostille on the Diploma and Supplement.
- And finally, we move on to translating and legalizing the documents.
At the end of the contract you will receive the following documents :
Diploma of Physician – Original document, 2 romanian notarized copies, 2 notarized translations
Diploma Supplement – Original document, 2 romanian notarized copies
Academic Record – Original document, 2 romanian notarized copies, 2 notarized translations
Certificate of Conformity – Original document, 2 romanian notarized copies, 2 notarized translations
Certificate of Good Standing – Original document, 2 romanian notarized copies, 2 notarized translations
The contracting period for Post Graduation services is annual and starts in June and lasts until the mid-December.

What is Certificate of Conformity?
In short, the certificate of compliance is a document issued by the Ministry of Health attesting the status of a physician recognized under the European Directive – Directive 2005/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 September 2005 on the recognition of professional qualifications.
What is the Certificate of Good Standing?
CERTIFICATE good practice (Good Standing) Certificate of good clinical practice (good standing) (CGS) is a document which is issued by the College of Physicians in Romania (CMR) and show that you worked without error type medical malpractice or disciplinary offenses. CGS is issued only to members. If you are fresh graduates, CMR may issue a certificate that was not included in the database and it is not necessary to sign up.
What is the Apostille?
An Apostille is a certification attached to your original document to verify it is legitimate and authentic, so it will be accepted in one of the other countries who are members of the Hague Apostille Convention. How will the documents get into my possession?
After we have all the originals and the translation procedure ready, we’ll send all your documents to the address provide by you only via DHL. The envelope will get to its destination in 2-3 days.
