UMF Tirgu Mures will evaluate your English level through an Skype interview. Each applicant will sustain a short Skype interview, which will be scheduled and announced in time. The purpose is the evaluation of the compatibility with the medical profession and the English Proficiency.

The tuition fee per year of study for newly enrolled applicants admitted in the academic year 2019-2020 based on the evaluation of their application file is of EUR 5000 for the study programs in Medicine (English and French) and EUR 6000 for Dental Medicine (English).
Tuition fees are established in euro. The amount of the tuition fees does not change during the academic year. The amount of the tuition fees remains the same during the entire study period, except for the cases where the respective period has been exceeded.
The tuition fees have been settled according to the Senate Decision HS 129/14.09.2009.
Fulltime undergraduate and postgraduate studies: Medicine, 500 euro/month
The tuition fees shall be paid for the entire academic year including training periods as stipulated in the curricula. The tuition fees shall be paid in advance for a period of 9 months (Ordinance no. 22/2009).
The tuition fee for bachelor’s degree studies, as decided by the University Senate is : € 6,000 /year
The tuition fee for both Medicine in English and Pharmacy in English is 5.000 euros/year.
Applicants from the following EU countries will present their Certificate of Studies (baccalaureate diploma or an equivalent diploma) certified with the Hague Apostille: Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Portugal, Spain. Swedish citizens have to provide a certificate from the Swedish Council for Higher Education, stating that the applicant meets the general requirements to apply to Swedish universities.
Beside the list of documents required for the submission on file, applicants from EU must comply with the following requests: ➜ The study documents of citizens of Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Cyprus must be authenticated with the Hague Apostille. ➜ The authentication of study documents with the Hague Apostille shall be done as follows: The ORIGINAL document is apostilled (high school diploma, baccalaureate transcript) 1 legalized copy of the original document with the apostille.
For countries part of the Hague Convention, any study documents submitted for recognition/equivalence shall have the Hague Apostille given by the appropriate authorities in the issuing country; study documents from Italy, Greece, Spain, Portugal and Cyprus shall have the Hague Apostille, while the other EU member states are exempted.

CERTIFICATE good practice (Good Standing) Certificate of good clinical practice (good standing) (CGS) is a document which is issued by the College of Physicians in Romania (CMR) and show that you worked without error type medical malpractice or disciplinary offenses. CGS is issued only to members. If you are fresh graduates, CMR may issue a certificate that was not included in the database and it is not necessary to sign up.

The recognition of professional qualifications laid down in Directive 2005/36/EC enables the free movement of professionals such as doctors or architects within the EU. Other professions such as sailors or aircraft controllers do not fall under Directive 2005/36/EC and are governed by specific legislation. Special laws also exist for lawyers and commercial agents.
The authentication procedure involves verifying and certifying the authenticity and the legality of an education document and its contents. This procedure is only applicable in relation to those states which require, on the basis of reciprocity, either the Hague Apostille or superlegalization.
